Paying it forward

When I was very poorly, bedbound, unable to talk and cut off from the world some kind strangers sent me cards. I have paid it forward by setting up the charity Post Pals asking people to send cards, letters and gifts to seriously ill children. It is a real gift to see how kind people are and how brave children can be
