Final Gift

My mother always was a great spiritual support to our family. She fell and hit her head. Cognition was then impaired and she had to transition to life in a nursing home. While there, she participated in an activity where she painted a picture of a bird’s nest with robin eggs. I did not know she could paint and there was something about the painting as if she was giving a message. She gave me the painting. I prayed about the message. Six months after receiving this gift, I saw the cover of your book 1000 Gifts. That was the message! I bought the book and realized she was telling me by the Sprit to always be thankful. I have shared this message with countless people. I always show them her painting and the cover of your book together. Amazing! I am thankful for this, her final gift to many.
